It has hugely impacted the quality of life of these users or citizens. It has uplifted them significantly. The main benefits for India to grab the opportunity of E-governance are: (1) two-way communication between citizens and government not only for prompt service delivery but also to gather opinions on government policies and performance (2) provide greater access to excluded groups (thereby including all strata of the society).
